Small DVR with integrated PoE - where to find/what to buy?

I have a dozen of IPV-7608P from Marss and about a hunder camera (both 1,3 and 5 MPX) and I had only one DOA unit.

Try first to find the specs about Volts and Ampere, then try to inject POE wth this splitter (

If this fail (or the POE switch fail) consider the unit DOA...
