Small DVR with integrated PoE - where to find/what to buy?

Well I hate to be a stickler but there is no DVR that runs on PoE they are all NVRs. next thing replacement wise is this

other wise sounds like bad wiring or camera is to far from the NVR PoE. All in one models have smaller power supplies than a regular PoE injector or switch. 

Also I get that these kind units have their place but I have yet to see a lot of good things from them.
